Located on Carrer de Casanova in Barcelona’s Eixample district, this project was redesigned to create a warmer, calmer, and more functional living environment while preserving the property's historic architectural character.

Throughout the renovation process, the apartment’s original ceiling details were carefully preserved, while a brighter and more balanced interior language was developed to maximise natural light. Natural materials, warm wood surfaces and timeless finishes were used to reinterpret the apartment’s Barcelona architectural identity with a more refined and contemporary approach.

The property’s location near Sant Antoni offers the advantage of experiencing Barcelona’s daily rhythm in a more balanced way. In recent years, Sant Antoni has become one of the city’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, known for its local café culture, walkable streets, vibrant restaurants, and a more relaxed urban atmosphere.

The project focused on creating a home that feels calm, comfortable, and highly livable despite its central location. This approach not only enhances everyday quality of life but also supports the property's long-term investment value and lasting appeal.
