CONCELL DE CENT

Located on Consell de Cent, in the heart of Barcelona and just behind Casa Batlló, this project was developed to reinterpret the classic urban character of Eixample through a calmer, more natural and lifestyle-oriented interior design approach. The transformation of the neighbourhood in recent years into a more pedestrian-friendly, people-focused and liveable urban environment became a key inspiration for the overall atmosphere of the project.

Throughout the renovation process, the apartment’s original architectural character was carefully preserved while creating a warmer and more balanced living environment. Natural tones, refined finishes, soft transitions and an open interior layout transformed the property into a home that feels calm and welcoming despite its central location. Rather than focusing on visual excess, the design prioritised timeless comfort, natural materials and long-term liveability.

Consell de Cent has become one of Barcelona’s most desirable residential streets, thanks to its pedestrian-friendly design, reduced traffic, cafés, galleries and exceptional everyday quality of life.
