Located on Girona Street in Barcelona’s Eixample district, this project was redesigned with the goal of creating a calmer, more balanced living environment that supports everyday life within the city's dynamic urban rhythm. The priority was not simply aesthetics, but creating a natural, functional home designed for long-term comfort and daily well-being.

Throughout the renovation process, the apartment’s existing architectural character was carefully preserved while introducing a brighter, more open and peaceful interior atmosphere. Natural materials, warm tones and refined details transformed the property into a more liveable space focused on comfort, simplicity and everyday functionality.

Despite its central location, Girona Street is recognised as one of Barcelona’s most desirable residential areas thanks to its quieter streets, practical lifestyle advantages and balanced urban atmosphere. This project was conceived as a strong example of how thoughtful design can enhance both quality of life and long-term property value. Every design decision was made not only to refresh the aesthetics, but also to create a home that supports a more sustainable and comfortable way of living over time.
